Fluid Body Retreat - Denmark

Fluid Body Retreat — Denmark

17-18 April 2026 | Denmark

A 2-Day Immersive Training for TRE & Somatic Practitioners and Students Fluid Body Retreat

Denmark is a two-day immersive training focused on working with spontaneous, self-organising movement in both water and on the ground.

The retreat is designed for somatic practitioners, movement professionals, therapists, and students interested in nervous-system regulation, fascia-informed movement, and embodied learning.

Participants will explore how involuntary movement arises through aquatic facilitation and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE), and how gravity, weightlessness, and safety shape regulation, attunement, and coherence in the nervous system.

Through guided practice, demonstrations, and experiential inquiry, the focus is on learning how to create the conditions for self-organising movement to emerge—rather than directing or correcting the body. This approach supports coherence across tissues, systems, and lived experience.

What We Will Explore

• Spontaneous and fascia-informed movement principles

• TRE and involuntary movement on the ground

• Aquatic facilitation and working with movement in water

• Nervous-system regulation through gravity and weightlessness

• Attunement, safety, and embodied presence

• Integration through movement and reflection This training is experiential, relational, and deeply embodied.

It offers practical skills alongside a clear conceptual framework, supporting practitioners in integrating fluidity, coherence, and selforganisation into their own practice.

This training also serves as a taster for those interested in learning how to work with spontaneous movement in water and forms the first part of the “TRE in Water” training pathway (2026). The second part of the training will take place in Svendborg on 4–6 September 2026.

Who is it for

TRE practitioners and students, somatic practitioners and students, movement professionals, and therapists.

Testimonials

“Doing TRE in water was perfect! I’m amazed by what the water can do. It felt very natural to be in the water—safe, comfortable, and new. Very freeing. Cheda has a very authentic and intuitive way of holding space while teaching. Definitely one of the best teachers ever!” — Christl Radler, Therapist, Denmark
