ISABELLE CLAUS TEIXEIRA

Isabelle is an accredited in somatic, neuroscience-based and trauma-informed coach with close 15 years of coaching experience, a certified TRE Certified provider and a Global TRE Certifying trainer. She is also an accredited Mindfulness teacher with the UK College of Mindful meditation.

TARA RAI

Tara Rai is a British Indian IFS therapist, certified TRE provider and artist devoted to embodiment, creativity and spiritual healing traditions. Following a birth trauma that resulted in Erb’s Palsy, a nerve damage to her right arm, Tara embarked on a profound healing initiation - one that reshaped her relationship to the body, soul and psyche. Her work is rooted in lived experience and guided by a deep trust in the body’s innate intelligence to restore and renew.

Cheda brings over 30 years of clinical experience across naturopathy, craniosacral therapy, trauma work, and somatic education, and has supported 60,000+ people worldwide. His approach is calm, precise, and deeply grounded in neurobiology and somatic intelligence.
