Primitive Reflexes & TRE® — Advanced Workshop
5-7 June 2026 | Budapest, Hungary
Have you ever wondered why certain patterns keep showing up in your tremoring practice?
Those patterns often go back to your earliest moments of development — before you could even walk or talk.
This workshop connects the dots between primitive reflexes and neurogenic tremoring, offering a deeper understanding of how early developmental patterns continue to shape your nervous system today.
What makes this workshop different?
Cheda Mikic — a TRE® Trainer with over 30 years of experience in complementary medicine — will guide you through how primitive reflexes influence movement, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
You’ll learn how tremoring and spontaneous movements can help rebalance these foundational patterns.
What you’ll discover
How to recognise and integrate primitive reflexes through tremoring
Why certain patterns persist — and how to work with them
Practical ways to rebalance the brainstem, limbic system, and brain hemispheres
Tools for both personal practice and client work
How reflex integration supports sensory, motor, emotional, and cognitive function
How early developmental reflexes still show up in the body
The developmental timeline that shaped your nervous system
Practical techniques for working with reflex integration
How to apply this understanding in both professional and personal contexts
What to expect
Over 3 immersive days in the centre of Budapest, you will:
