About the Workshop
This new and in-depth workshop explores the profound relationship between primitive reflexes and neurogenic tremoring, offering a fresh understanding of how our earliest developmental patterns continue to shape our nervous system in adult life.
Led by Cheda Mikic, who brings over 30 years of clinical experience in complementary medicine, this training bridges developmental neurology, somatic awareness, and spontaneous tremor-based integration. You will discover how integrating primitive reflexes through tremoring and spontaneous movement can help rebalance the brainstem, limbic system, and hemispheric function, improving sensory, motor, emotional, and cognitive regulation.
What You Will Learn
How to recognise primitive reflex patterns in the body
How neurogenic tremor and spontaneous movements support reflex integration
The developmental timeline of primitive reflexes and how it affects adult physiology
Techniques to rebalance the brainstem, limbic system, and brain hemispheres
Practical understanding for self-practice and client work
The link between reflex integration and improved emotional, sensory, and behavioural coherence
Structure of the Workshop
This live online session blends theory and embodied practice, giving you both understanding and direct felt experience. Cheda will guide you through clear explanation, anatomical and neurological mapping, followed by guided tremoring-based exploration to help you sense how primitive reflexes live in your system.
This is not just theoretical learning, it is applied, experiential and deeply practical, designed to enhance your existing TRE® practice and clinical insight.
